• National Credential Reports must be submitted in conjunction with Jurisdictional
Credential Reports annually in March
• Failure to submit your National Report in March 2026 will prevent you from
receiving a 2026 - 2027 Credential Holder’s Identification Card, and from
attending the November 2026 and April 2027 General Assemblies as a
Jurisdictional Delegate
